Model AMF-2F-00020050-20-28P is a broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) capable of more than 35 dB gain from 20 to 500 MHz with maximum noise figure of 2 dB. The gain flatness is 1.75 dB across the full band, and typically 1.0 dB. The amplifier delivers +28-dBm output power at 1-dB compression with an output third-order intercept of typically +40 dBm. The LNA draws 500 mA maximum current from a +15-VDC supply. It is supplied in an aluminum alloy housing measuring just 1.22 x 0.88 in. with field-replaceable SMA connectors. It is available in broader-bandwidth models and with hermetic seal as options.
