Noise specialist NoiseWave has announced the immediate availability of the new NoiseWave NW3G-D-14 dual-ln-line-packaged (DIP) amplified noise source. Ideal for wireless PCD-mounted applications, the amplified noise source covers 10 MHz to 3 GHz with -10-dBm output power and noise flatness of +/- 2.5 dB or better. Standard operation is from +15 VDC with maximum current draw of 100 mA. Applications for the NW3G-D-14 include wireless test equipment, dithering for increased dynamic range of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), jamming, and as an economical built-in source of broadband power. The NoiseWave NW3G-D-14 is housed in an industry-standard 14-pin DIP package. For more information, visit the NoiseWave website at http://www.noisewave.com/
