The Agilent E5052A signal source analyzer from Agilent Technologies is an enhanced model of the popular signal source analyzer, designed to evaluate oscillators and other signal sources from 10 MHz to 7 GHz. It features a 10-times increase in measurement throughput compared to its predecessor, with a phase-noise offset measurement range extended from 40 MHz to 100 MHz and 100 times longer memory. The frequency range of the E5052B can be extended to 26.5 GHz with the model E5053A and to 110 GHz with the E5053 along with Agilent 11970 Series mixers for frequency translation.
