At MilliBox, we specialize in affordable antenna test systems for applications at mmWave and sub-THz frequencies and offer a wide portfolio of bench-top anechoic chambers, 3D antenna positioners and complete OTA test setups.

Milliwave Silicon Solutions Inc. was established in 2016 in San Jose, California, and founded by Chinh H. Doan and Jeanmarc Laurent. Built on several decades of mmWave IC development and productization experience, Milliwave Silicon Solutions Inc. was created to help meet the growing demand for 5G, 6G, and mmWave radars. Soon the need for simple and efficient OTA antenna test systems became apparent, and this is how MilliBox was invented and launched in 2018. Many hundreds of MilliBox Antenna Test Systems are now used all around the world in radio-frequency labs – from nascent startups to multinational corporations, from universities to the defense sector.

All our manufacturing is done locally in California. Whenever we have the choice, we choose to reduce our impact on the environment, support local small business suppliers, and embrace diversity.

Our everyday motivation is to make mmWave and sub-THz antenna testing technology accessible to the widest possible audience.
