RF Amplifiers Deliver Up to 200 W at Frequencies from 20 MHz to 18 GHz
Saelig introduced the Elite RF MB Series RF Amplifiers, wideband linear power amplifiers designed for CW signals. Fabricated with a GaN-on-SiC process, they deliver output powers from 4 to 200 W and operational frequencies from 20 MHz up to 18GHz. Offering a high power density, decade bandwidth performance, and low thermal resistance, they can be used for a wide range of military and commercial applications and have a 3-year warranty.
Elite RF's solid-state RF Power Amplifiers are solid-state Class AB RF power amplifiers with power gains ranging from 32 to 48 dB, and can function in either continuous or pulsed mode. Applications extend seamlessly to both narrowband and multi-octave bandwidth scenarios, making them highly suitable for a wide array of uses. The Elite RF MB series is available as modules (28/50 V DC) and rackmount cases (100-240VAC) that come with or without a display.
The modular aluminum alloy housing version features an internal power supply, heatsink, fans, and N-connectors. Elite RF MB Series is a Class AB RF linear power amplifier range that utilizes LDMOS or GaN technology to achieve excellent gain, efficiency, and reliability, operating in CW mode. This series offers flexibility to manage SWaP-C demands for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) availability. All Elite RF RF Power Amplifiers can be modified with a “building-block” approach to RF amplifier design to meet precise customer needs.
