MMIC Attenuators Handle from DC to 60 GHz

Dec. 27, 2024
Mini-Circuits’ BAT-series GaAs MMIC attenuators are well-suited for electronic warfare, radar, and satcom applications.

Offering fixed attenuation from DC to 60 GHz with low loss, Mini-Circuits’ BAT series of gallium-arsenide (GaAs) MMIC attenuators can handle up to 2 W of power. Provided in six-lead, QFN-style, surface-mount packages measuring 0.059 × 0.059 in. (1.50 × 1.50 mm), these passive 50-Ω devices exhibit 20-dB typical input return loss over the full bandwidth.

The attenuators, which are targeted at electronic warfare, radar, and satcom applications, are available in a range of fixed attenuation values, including 0, 5, 15, and 30 dB.
