Model TX-600 is a temperature-controlled crystal oscillator (TCXO) from Vectron International available with frequencies from 5 to 100 MHz. The RoHS-compliant, surface-mount oscillator features low phase noise and time-domain jitter at temperatures from -40 to +85C with frequency stability of +/-2 PPM. The initial frequency tolerance is +/-1 PPM while the aging rate over one year is also +/-1 PPM. The phase noise is -90 dBc/Hz offset 10 Hz from a 20-MHz carrier, -120 dBc/Hz offset 100 Hz from the same carrier, -145 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the same carrier, and -150 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the same carrier. The maximum jitter is 1 ps. The oscillator is designed for maximum supply voltage of +6 VDC. It is supplied in a 7-x-9-mm surface-mount package.
