The T1220 temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) from Greenray Industries offer oven-controlled-crystal-oscillator (OCXO) like stability for temperature ranges as wide as -50 to +95oC. The oscillators, which are available with output frequencies from 10 to 50 MHz, measure 0.8 x 0.5 x 0.33 inches and feature current consumption of less than 30 mA when running with either a +3.5 or +5.0 VDC supply.
