Pulsiv claimed the world’s coolest-operating high power USB-C module.
Developed specifically for installed applications such as wall sockets, desks, and furniture, a family of 65- to 70-W USB-C modules from Pulsiv is claimed to have the lowest operating temperature of 32°C (max) above ambient. The devices also suit multi-device deployments in smart facilities thanks to their efficiency that reaches as high as 97.34% with zero inrush current.
Addressing the challenges involving heat, size, and safety, the modules can operate at full load for over eight hours continuously, where thermal stability is achieved. The modules leverage the company's OSMIUM-optimized power-factor-correction (PFC) technology with an industry-standard QR flyback to safely deliver 65 W or 70 W (MacBook-compatible). They're available in an ultra-compact cube or flat module form factor.
