The ACCU-Prober HF is a high-frequency test system available for measurements through 30 GHz in standard versions and to 50 GHz in high-frequency versions. These high-frequency probers are suitable for controlled-impedance testing of attenuation, propagation delays, and other performance parameters at frequencies to 50 GHz on wired printed-circuit boards (PCBs). They can work with high-speed test equipment, including digital oscilloscopes, to perform high-speed, high-frequency measurements of PCB transmission-line loss based on SET2DIL techniques through 30 GHz and SPP test methods through 50 GHz.
