The company recently announced a strategic collaboration with Wind River and Ampere Computing to advance technology for O-RAN infrastructures, integrating SynaXG’s virtualized distributed unit card with StarlingX supported by Wind River and Ampere’s multicore processors. The collaboration will address power efficiency, ease of integration, and cloud-based network management, enabling seamless integration with protocol stacks and fronthaul networks. Leveraging Wind River’s cloud infrastructure expertise, it  uses Ampere’s ultra-low-power, multicore processors to maximize energy efficiency to serve the power demands of modern networks.
